  Thanks to Luke and his crew for a great first time Via Ferrata experience. Three of us in the group, ages 48, 47 and 13. We all loved it and felt safe and secure the entire way. Lots of cool stuff included. Zip lining, rock climbing (with hand and foot holds, so no experience or technical skill needed) balance obstacles, and a rappel. Great bargain for a lot of different activities all wrapped into one. Staff allowed Go Pro video. Awesome! Have doubts or fear of heights? I say go for it. Very safe and secure.

  Can’t believe we did this! It was awesome! Such a fun, unique experience. Highly recommend it over simply just zip-lining. Dillon and Derek and Luke were awesome guides and made us feel safe and confident—very fun and friendly too. Wish I had pictures to prove what we conquered but didn’t bring my phone on the adventure.

  Luke and Colleen were wonderful guides for the Via Ferrata! It was easy for my 18-year old son and a real challenge for me at 55, but we both made it through an exhilarating experience! Both guides were good encouragers and Luke had some great Dad jokes! Not sure about the penguin one though... People new to this activity should know that it's best for people who are in good shape and comfortable with heights. I am so glad we challenged ourselves and couldn't think of a better group to do something like this with than AVA!

  Patrick and Anthony were great guides! I’m scared of heights but they helped me face them with ease! Will definitely come back to Colorado and do it again

  Adrian and Brandon came to the rescue at the last minute to correct a booking error. My 72 year old mom and my 9 year old grandson had the BEST TIME OF THEIR LIVES! There is no way I can ever say enough good things about the day. The memory will live forever! Thank you so very much!

  While visiting family in Buena Vista we decided to do the Via Ferrata course.Brandon and Shawn were our guides and were very safety conscious but also fun! I felt very secure from the minute we started. One of our 7 got a bit scared but Brandon was very reassuring and talked her through it and she was glad she was able to complete the course. Especially liked the zip lining, rappelling and climbing portion. We were able to schedule the day of which was great. FYI,The free fall portion of the trip is not going to be used until next year, which was a bit disappointing for some in our group and we felt that should have been disclosed when we booked. My only other suggestion is that they should have a bathroom to use in the building where you check in and not a porta potty. If you have a sense of adventure, you will love the Via Ferrata!

  We had a small group of adventurers on the Via Ferrata/zip line/rappelling combo and absolutely loved it! Our guides Brandon, Shawn, and Adrian did an outstanding job of mixing fun into the technical work to ensure we had a safe experience. What an adrenaline rush! There were multiple points to exit the course if desired (in case someone finds this is not their thing) and I’m glad we didn’t use them. We had such a great time we came back 2 days later to raft! YOU NEED TO TRY THIS UNIQUE EXPERIENCE!!!
