Great communication from the beginning. Omar was there in baggage claim waiting. He got our bags and insisted we relax and enjoy our Vegas trip. We have a nights and light tour coming and our return trip to the airport still to come. Will update when that is done but I really felt Omar and Bell deserved to have a thank you right away. With the hotel hell we’ve had so far we are grateful the pick up and delivery went perfectly as planned.

We were charged an extra $40 for being delayed by the airline and a presidential visit to Las Vegas. These events were completely outside of our control and I was charged extra without any notification. When I contacted the company and spoke to a manager I was told that I could not be refunded because they have to take the money from the driver. I asked them if they were OK taking the money from the customers and they were. I do not recommend the service. If your flight is delayed or your package delayed you will pay extra no matter what

I had booked a surprise Limo to collect us from the airport for my work team on our December visit to Las Vegas. Firstly the limo driver was not waiting by the luggage carousel as promised and it took 3 separate phone calls to the office before we were collected. 45 minutes later, a slovenly man appeared who was as miserable as hell and had an attitude. I had paid for the service to include champagne, there was non in the limo, only the glasses, and Ice. When I mentioned it to him, he said he was already at the airport (so why did we wait 45 minutes??) and didn't have time to get some, but he offered to take me to a liquor store!!!!! By that time I was truly upset that not only had the surprise been a waste of time, but his attitude was appalling. I wrote to the company that night and a further 2 times for an explanation, and I didn't even get a courtesy response. You would think that having no tourists for 2 years due to COVID they would be going over and above to offer customer service, but as I say I didn't even get a reply!! On the return journey back to the airport, I thought they may surprise us with the bottle!! Nothing....avoid these rob dogs, as they do not deliver what they promise.

Our driver never showed up so we took another form of transportation. Our driver contacted me when we were halfway to our hotel and wanted us to go back to the airport. I said no and I decided not to use them for the ride back to the airport upon our departure of our trip.

We were 1,5 hour delayed, bit our driver waited for us at the airport. We are so greatful! The car was clean, large and beautiful.

The driver was very good. Very professional. Would recommend to anyone coming in to Vegas. He was waiting for us when we got off the plane and showed us where our luggage was and help us get it.
